ALPS® Smart Seal™ Liner – Prosthetic Gel Liner with Secure Seal Technology
The ALPS® Smart Seal™ Liner is a high-quality prosthetic gel liner designed to create a secure and comfortable interface between the residual limb and the prosthetic socket. It features raised sealing bands that grip the socket wall, helping to form a dependable seal and improve suspension during daily movement.
The Smart Seal Liner is made with ALPS High Density (HD) Gel and has a smooth inner wall that conforms comfortably to the residual limb. Its low modulus bands stretch against the socket wall, helping create a secure fit while still supporting comfort and freedom of movement.
This liner features a modern seamless knitted fabric construction and an innovative single-piece design. It is available in both Cushion and Locking options, with or without distal attachment. The locking version includes a new distal construction designed to help control distal distraction.
The ALPS Smart Seal Liner is available in 3mm or 6mm uniform thickness and is recommended for all activity levels.

Seal Band Positioning:
• SAFR rings begin 5 inches from the center of the distal end
• SBFR rings begin 3 inches from the center of the distal end
• SADT sizes 20–28: rings begin 3 inches from the center of the distal end
• SADT sizes 32–38: rings begin 5 inches from the center of the distal end
Sizing:
To select the correct size, measure the circumference of the residual limb 6cm from the distal end.
Available Smart Seal size ranges include 20–23cm, 24–25cm, 26–27cm, 28–31cm, 32–34cm, 35–37cm, and 38–43cm, depending on the selected model variation.
