ALPS® Extreme™ Liner – Gel Prosthetic Liner
The ALPS® Extreme™ Liner is a premium prosthetic gel liner designed for transfemoral amputees and active transtibial amputees who need added control, comfort, and stability during daily movement.
This liner is available with either GripGel or High Density (HD) Gel, giving users a comfortable and secure fit while supporting improved control inside the prosthetic socket. The Extreme Liner has 80% less vertical stretch than other ALPS gel liners, helping to reduce unwanted movement and provide greater stability for active users.
The brown fabric construction offers limited vertical stretch, which helps reduce movement of redundant tissue. A wider distal end, proportionate to the liner size, makes donning easier, while the slightly tacky gel feel helps reduce bunching behind the knee area.
Available as either a Locking Liner or Cushion Liner, and in 3mm or 6mm uniform thickness, the ALPS Extreme Liner is recommended for all activity levels.

Sizing:
To select the correct size, measure the circumference of the residual limb 6cm from the distal end. Available size ranges include 16–19cm, 20–23cm, 24–25cm, 26–27cm, 28–31cm, 32–34cm, 35–37cm, 38–43cm, and 44–53cm.
